Boston Harbor Islands

Boston Light Tour

A three-hour adventure begins with a boat cruise and narrated tour on a unique landing craft vessel through Boston Harbor Islands, where you will experience the rich history and geology of the islands with a National Park Service ranger. Climb down the boat's ladder right onto the cobbled beach of Little Brewster, and visit the first and oldest lighthouse site in the United States, and the last to retain a Coast Guard keeper. Climb the 76 steps in Boston Light's tower, and see the historic Fresnel lens and enjoy this unique and unforgettable view of Boston Harbor from its most recognized gateway.

Tours depart from Fan Pier and Georges Island! Please note the cost of transportation to Georges Island is not included in the price of your tour to Boston Light. Separate ticket fees apply for each of the two departure points.
